A heavy duty 1.5 Cu. yard self dumping hopper that was specifically designed to integrate into a mining process. Features include Heavy Duty upgraded 3/16″ body, installation of UHMW (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) on the inner surfaces. This material is resistant to concentrated acids and alkalis, as well as numerous organic solvents, it also has extremely low moisture absorption, a very low coefficient of friction and is up to 15 times more resistant to abrasion than carbon steel. Additional changes were made by our engineers to safely increase the dump angle as requested by the client. We work with our customers to design a product for their specific application.
