Our customer wanted a hooklift under-structure to mount a sanding unit on their roll off truck. The challenge was that they wanted to protect the truck and the hooklift system from salt or sand from dropping onto the equipment. Our design team came up with a sheeted skid design to protect the equipment while in use. The customer will be mounting the sander and welding it to the skid, so they simply asked for the skid guard to be painted in primer grey.
