SCS Manufacturing Inc.has serviced the Vancouver Island market for over 15 years, providing plasma burnt steel for applications ranging from bucket luggings (ears), stair pans to custom steel shapes. To further add to our process capabilities, we recently installed a set of plate rollers allowing us to roll sheet steel for various applications. Our new Davi plate roll equipment can handle sheets up to 10 feet wide and thicknesses up to ¼” with the unit able to roll much thicker steel plate at shorter widths. The roll plate shown in the picture, for a Powell River project, was completed in 1/4” and 3/8” thick steel.
