Flat deck roll offs are the perfect addition to any roll off fleet. The versatility of a flat deck allows you to transport equipment, tools, bulk or packaged materials, even other roll off containers. SCS incorporates the use of JR I beam in its design to create an excellent strength to weight ratio. The SCS design team uses Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to provide our clients with appropriate load ratings for each of our flat deck models.
Flat decks are available in lengths ranging from 10 to 26 feet and can be constructed with either a steel checker plate deck or a 2 x 6 T&G fir deck. They are available in hook lift, cable roll off, continuous chain or fixed body under-structures as required.
This 12 foot Flat Deck with 2×6 T&G decking comes with a 4 foot headache rack and sliding fully adjustable low profile winch system for securing materials to the deck. This customer requested that the deck be painted Bright White to match the rest of their fleet. All of our flat decks come standard with rub rails and stake pockets along with high visibility markings.
